Workshops are regularly conducted by the ARCAD Club to make every Ham independent as well as self-sufficient. ARCAD holds various workshops that deal with both the technical as well as non-technical aspects of being a Ham.  

The technical workshops include wide-ranging skills like making various types of antenna, soldering, learning and practising Morse Code with new techniques and technologies, cable making, repeater assembly, handheld device maintenance and its operation, basic fault finding in sets, etc.  

The non-technical workshops include topics like assembling a set, using a set with various types of power sources like batteries, solar cells, hand cranks, assembling a set in a car using a car battery and mag-mount antenna, and methods of teaching.
